  • Annual Governance and Accountability Review

    In 2018 the External Audit was replaced with an Annual Governance and Accountability Review (AGAR).  As a smaller authority Merton Parish Council can certify itself as exempt from the external audit and complete an AGAR PART2 form instead.  The Internal Audit continues to be required.
